六：关于暂时进出境货物的限制

为落实《汽车产业发展政策》和***、***发展改革委、***2005年第44号联合公告的有关规定，作为货样暂时进境的车辆，自进境之日起6个月内必须复运出境，不得留购，不得延期。测试用车辆及其零配件无论是否损毁，期满必须复运出境。

2、二手（旧）汽车、右舵车禁止进口。对经审核符合暂时进出境货物管理办法并提交***主管部门相关证明文件的，可以办理暂时进境手续，但期满必须复运出境。

Second-hand (old) automobiles and right rudders are prohibited from importing. The temporary entry formalities may be handled for those who meet the temporary entry and exit cargo management measures and submit relevant certification documents to the competent state authorities, but they must be re-transported out of the country at the expiration of the time limit.

七：暂时进出境货物的***，经海关批准的暂时进出境货物，在货物收发货人向海关缴纳相当于税款的保证金或者海关依法认可的其他***后，准予暂时免纳关税。对不征收进出口关税的暂时进出境货物，可凭货物收发货人或其代理人提交的保证函验放。

八：对临时进口（限期在半年以内）加工贸易生产所需不作价设备（限模具、单台设备），仍按《外经贸部、***关于加工贸易进口设备有关问题的通知》（〔1998〕外经贸政发第383号）的有关规定，按暂时进口货物办理，逾期补征税款。海关通过风险管理、***管理等方式对暂时进出境业务实施监督管理。
